Frequently asked questions
How do I know which visit size to choose?
Quick suits smaller gardens or a light tidy, Standard covers most Hackney gardens that need catching up, and Large is best for bigger gardens or a proper going-over. If you're still not sure, send us a few photos and we'll point you in the right direction.
What's the difference between a tidy up visit and the Front Garden Plan?
Tidy up visits are one-off, fixed-price visits covering the whole garden - lawn, borders, hedges and general upkeep. The Front Garden Plan is a separate monthly subscription just for the front, ideal if that's the only part you want kept consistently tidy without booking each visit yourself.
Can I book regular visits straight away, or do I need a one-off first?
Either works. Most customers start with a one-off tidy up visit, then we recommend a regular frequency once we've seen the garden. If you already know you want regular visits, just get in touch and we'll set it up directly.
Is there a contract?
No. Every visit, including regular maintenance and the Front Garden Plan, can be paused or cancelled anytime. There's nothing to lock you in.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Not necessarily, as long as we have access to the garden. When you book, you'll let us know your access arrangements so we can get on with the work whether you're in or out.
What areas do you cover?
We're a Hackney-based team and mainly work across Hackney and the surrounding area. If you're just outside, get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.
My garden is very overgrown - is a maintenance visit right for me?
Probably not. Maintenance visits are time-based and designed for routine upkeep - mowing, edging, weeding and trimming. If your garden has been left for months and needs cutting back, brambles removing or a large volume of green waste taken away, a garden clearance will get better results. Send us a few photos if you're not sure and we'll point you in the right direction.
